Tianyancha's business risk information shows that recently, Jining Wahaha Hongzhen Drinking Water Co., Ltd. added a simple cancellation notice, with the notice period from December 3 to December 23. The company was established in January 2015, with Zhu Lidan as the legal representative and Zong Fuli as the executive director. The registered capital is 25 million RMB, and the business scope includes production and sales of beverages and plastic packaging products. It is wholly owned by Wahaha Commercial Co., Ltd.
