Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the fourth batch of 60 billion yuan of central budget investment for the "Substitute Work for Relief" project in 2025. The total central investment for the year reached 355 billion yuan, with an estimated 1.1 million low-income people expected to work nearby.
