According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Lvneng New Energy Co., Ltd. was established with Sun Wei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 38.911 million yuan. Its business scope includes research and development of new energy technologies, wind power generation technology services, solar power generation technology services, power generation, power transmission, power supply, etc. Shareholding penetration displayed on the Qichacha platform shows that the company is indirectly wholly-owned by State Power Investment Corporation.
