On December 4th, Hysan Development Company Limited (stock code: 00014.HK) announced that they have applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for a $4,000,000,000 medium term note program ("Program") to be launched on December 4, 2025, for a period of twelve months, exclusively for professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the listing rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited). Further details of the listing will be set out in the offering circular relating to the Program to be published on December 4, 2025. The expected commencement date for the listing of the Program will be December 5, 2025.
