The Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China has released a proposal on formulating the fifteenth five-year plan for the national economy and social development of the province, in which it is mentioned to promote the cultivation and growth of emerging industries. It emphasizes consolidating and enhancing the leading position of the optoelectronic information industry, creating the world's storage capital, and building a high-quality "Optics Valley". Efforts will be focused on promoting the scale-up of emerging industries such as integrated circuits, Beidou Navigation System, artificial intelligence, industrial mother machines, low-altitude economy, new energy, new materials, high-end medical equipment, and biopharmaceuticals. The goal is to expand and strengthen the Wuhan National Aerospace Industry Base and to build a strong aerospace province. Developing and enhancing the intelligent economy, accelerating the development of intelligent terminal industries such as intelligent connected vehicles, smartphones, smart home appliances, and wearable devices. Strengthening efficient supply of computing power, algorithms, data, and striving to create a national data labeling base, promoting innovation and development of autonomous secure computing industry, and nurturing data industry clusters.
