Microsoft will increase the global business and government edition of Microsoft 365 in July next year.
Local time on Thursday, Microsoft announced that it will increase the monthly subscription prices for Microsoft 365 for business and government customers globally starting in July 2026. The adjustment will cover enterprise, public sector, and frontline worker plans, with the largest increases seen in the small business and frontline worker packages. In the enterprise edition, Microsoft 365 E3 will increase by around 8.3% to $39 per user per month, while E5 will increase by around 5.3% to $60 per user per month. The frontline worker packages F1 and F3 will increase from $2.25 and $8 to $3 and $10 respectively, representing increases of 33% and 25%. Microsoft stated that this price adjustment reflects the addition of over 1,100 features to Microsoft 365 in the past few years, including productivity tools driven by AI and enhanced security capabilities.
