The European Union has launched market tests on Google's (GOOGL.US) advertising technology anti-monopoly compliance proposal.

According to the Securities Times APP, the European Commission is seeking industry opinions on Google's proposal to correct its alleged monopoly behavior in its advertising technology business. Previously, this business has incurred fines of nearly 3 billion euros (approximately 3.5 billion US dollars).
