Announcement of Aibru: The company intends to transfer 79% of the equity held in Hunan Jinque Agriculture Technology Development Co., Ltd. to Zhong Rubo and You Jianjun, where the transfer price for 47.40% of the equity is 7.4348 million yuan, and the transfer price for 31.60% of the equity is 4.9565 million yuan, with a total price of 12.3914 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Jinque Agriculture, and Jinque Agriculture will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
