Both parties will rely on their respective technological expertise and resource advantages to jointly explore and develop AI smart glasses solutions, helping to innovate and upgrade the relevant industry ecosystem. It is understood that through this cooperation, the two parties have established a strategic partnership through the framework agreement, adopting a progressive cooperation model of "framework agreement + project agreement," focusing on the deep collaboration of AI smart glasses solutions. MengTong Intelligent will provide FuseSpaceAI SDK interface, SpaceAIOS system framework, AI Agent development guide, hardware reference design documents, and mass production technical support; YingTong Communication, leveraging its supply chain integration capabilities and market insights in the field of intelligent terminals, will help the technology solutions to be more quickly scaled for application.
