China MCC (01618.HK): Enfi Environmental Protection provides guarantees for China MCC Environmental and China MCC Water Treatment.

According to the news of the Intelligent Finance and Economics APP, China Metallurgical Group (01618.HK) announced that on November 11, 2025, its holding subsidiary Beijing Enfi Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Enfi Environmental Protection") signed a "Guarantee Contract" with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (hereinafter referred to as "ICBC"). It was agreed that Enfi Environmental Protection would provide joint and several guarantee guarantees for the debts under the RMB 280 million loan contract applied by its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhuozhou Zhongshe Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongshe Environmental Protection") to ICBC, as well as the debts under the RMB 80 million loan contract applied by its subsidiary Zhuozhou Zhongshe Water Treatment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongshe Water Treatment") to ICBC. The guarantee period for both guarantees is 3 years from the day after the expiration of the main debt period. The above guarantees are unsecured.
