Longjiang Transportation Announcement: Guangzhou Chenhong Holdings and its concerted parties, holding 5% or more of the company's shares, collectively hold 50.09 million unrestricted circulating shares of the company, accounting for 3.84% of the total share capital. From August 29, 2025 to December 3, 2025, Guangzhou Chenhong Holdings will reduce its shareholding in the company by 15.704 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.20% of the total share capital. Prior to this equity change, Guangzhou Chenhong Holdings and its concerted parties collectively held 65.794 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.04% of the total share capital.
