Hong Kong SAR government: received donations of 2.8 billion Hong Kong dollars to assist disaster victims in rebuilding their homes

The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government held a press conference on December 4, stating that the "Tai Po Wang Fuk Court Relief Fund" established by the government has received donations of 2.8 billion Hong Kong dollars from the public, which will be used to assist residents affected by the disaster in rebuilding their homes. The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government also announced that the living subsidy for fire victims will be increased to 100,000 Hong Kong dollars per household.
