On December 4th, Guanzhong Ecology announced that the former controlling shareholder Guanzhong Investment, the former actual controller Li Chunlin, and Xu Jianping signed a "Stock Transfer Agreement" with Deep Blue Finance on September 26, 2025, agreeing to transfer 21.705 million shares of the company held by Guanzhong Investment to Deep Blue Finance in two phases. This transfer registration involves 14.7033 million shares in the first phase at a transfer price of 15 yuan per share. After the completion of the transfer registration of the first phase shares, the company's controlling shareholder changed to Deep Blue Finance, and the actual controller changed to Jin Chunping.
