Meixin Technology Announcement: The Board of Directors has received a written resignation report from Director Li Chengsheng. Due to personal reasons, Li Chengsheng has resigned from the positions of company director and member of the audit committee. The resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors. Li Chengsheng's original term was from February 28, 2024 to February 28, 2027. As of the date of this announcement, Li Chengsheng does not hold any shares of the company. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the Board of Directors, the company held a staff representative meeting on December 4, 2025, and elected Li Qinghai as a staff director of the company's second Board of Directors. The term of office will start from the date of this staff representative meeting until the end of the second term of the Board of Directors.
