China Petroleum: Sign a total of 40 billion yuan contract to acquire 100% equity of three gas storage companies.

China Petroleum announced that three joint venture companies established by its wholly-owned subsidiary Taihu Investment and related parties have been officially established and have signed equity purchase contracts with the related parties. In these three joint venture companies, PetroChina Xinjiang Gas Storage, PetroChina Xiangguosi Gas Storage, and PetroChina Liaoning Gas Storage have respectively acquired 100% equity of Xinjiang Oilfield Gas Storage Company, Xiangguosi Gas Storage Company, and Liaohe Oilfield Gas Storage Company, with a total acquisition amount of 40 billion RMB. This transaction will help ensure the smooth operation and high-quality development of the company's natural gas industry chain.
