Japanese company Kurita Industries has reached an agreement with ispace to collaborate on the development of lunar water resources.

Japanese water treatment company Kurita Industries announced on December 4th that they have reached a cooperation agreement with Japanese space startup ispace and signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly carry out strategic planning and development work related to lunar water resource development. The statement said that the two parties will gradually proceed with technology verification and business development, seeking to establish sustainable water resource infrastructure on the lunar surface.
