Guizhou Gas establishes a new company, including the business of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

According to the Enterprise Check APP, recently, Guizhou Gas Group Guiyang Gas Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 300 million yuan. Its business scope includes: operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure; sales of photovoltaic equipment and components; leasing of photovoltaic power generation equipment; and solar power generation technical services, etc. The equity penetration displayed on Enterprise Check shows that the company is wholly owned by Guizhou Gas.
