At the performance briefing for the third quarter of 2025 held by Tuojing Technology today, the company's chairman, Lu Guangquan, stated that the increase in storage prices reflects a significant demand for storage chips in the market. In the medium to long term, this may drive continuous expansion of production capacity for storage chip manufacturers. With the advancement of storage chip processes and the tendency towards complexity, the performance requirements for advanced hard masks and key dielectric thin films are increasing. At the same time, the evolution towards high-bandwidth memory towards three-dimensional integration is driving the increasing number of layers in 3D NAND FLASH chips. These technological trends are expected to significantly increase the demand for thin film equipment. "The continuous expansion of downstream customers' production is expected to further increase the demand for related products."
