The prices of DDR4 chips have been continuously increasing, with overall prices still higher than DDR5. This week, the mainstream DDR4 1Gx8 3200MT/s chip prices have increased by 10.73%. There is a tight supply expected in the NAND spot market, and spot prices have experienced multiple adjustments in a single day. The spot price of 512Gb TLC wafers has increased by 5.90%.
