The China Fortune Finance and Economics app reported that Huada Jiutian (301269.SZ) announced that in order to meet the company's strategic development needs and continue to deepen its investment layout in the EDA field, the company has signed a cooperation agreement with Hengqin Zhijibay Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hengqin Zhijibay") and Tianjin Binhai New Area Entrepreneurship Venture Capital Guidance Fund Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guidance Fund") to jointly establish Tianjin Zhongwan Xinsheng Management Consulting Limited Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, subject to the final registered name approved by the market supervision and administration department, hereinafter referred to as "Zhongwan Xinsheng"). Zhongwan Xinsheng's total subscribed capital is 110.01 million yuan, of which Huada Jiutian invests 100 million yuan and will hold 90.9008% of the partnership shares after the investment is completed.
