CITIC Bank: Jin Xinian formally appointed as Chief Risk Officer from December 2nd.

China CITIC Bank announced on December 3 that the board of directors meeting on September 28 agreed to appoint Jin Xinian as the bank's Chief Risk Officer. Jin Xinian officially took office starting from the date when his qualifications as Chief Risk Officer were approved by the regulatory authorities. Recently, the bank received approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for Jin Xinian to serve as the bank's Chief Risk Officer. Jin Xinian officially took office as the Chief Risk Officer of China CITIC Bank on December 2, 2025.
