Yunnan Nengtou: Yongning and Tongquan Wind Power Plant Expansion Project fully connected to the grid for power generation.

Yunnan Nengtou announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries Honghe Yunnengtou, Mile Yunnengtou, and holding subsidiary Qujing Yunnengtong Quanbei have connected to the grid for the expansion projects of the Yongning Wind Power Plant and Tongquan Wind Power Plant. With this, the company's total installed capacity of new energy reaches 259.486 megawatts, with wind power accounting for 241.886 megawatts and photovoltaic power for 17.6 megawatts. The estimated annual electricity generation after the full capacity of the projects is put into operation is expected to be 51,806, 52,900, and 30,349 megawatt hours respectively. The grid connection of these projects is expected to have a positive impact on the company's performance in 2025, but there are certain risks in the future operation of the projects.
