Tianwo Technology: plans to invest 1.918 billion yuan in building a "solar thermal + wind power integration" project.

Tianwo Technology announced that the company's third interim shareholders' meeting in 2025 will be held on December 19th to consider the proposal for investing in the construction of the Yumen Xineng 300,000-kilowatt "solar thermal + wind power integration" project. The total dynamic investment of the project will not exceed 1.918 billion yuan, with the investment in the solar thermal power plant not exceeding 1.107 billion yuan, and the investment in the wind power plant not exceeding 0.811 billion yuan. 20% of the funds will be used as capital, and the rest will be solved through financing leases or loans. The project is expected to have a pre-tax and after-tax full investment financial internal rate of return of 3.42% and 2.89% respectively, but there are risks such as technology, progress, returns, and financing.
