Saif Microelectronics: Wholly-owned subsidiary plans to invest 66 million yuan to establish a partnership enterprise.

Sai Microelectronics announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Microcore Technology Co., Ltd., intends to jointly invest with Qingdao Chuxin Technology Co., Ltd. and Lv Pengzhao to establish Hangzhou Chuxin Micro Technology Partnership Enterprise. Microcore Technology will invest 66 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 30% of the total investment of the partnership enterprise.
