The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong has temporarily suspended the license of Lee Sze Ka of Dongtai Securities for three months and two weeks.

The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong has temporarily suspended the license of Lee Sijia, the responsible person, core function manager and director of Donya Securities Limited, for three months and two weeks, from December 1, 2025 to March 14, 2026. The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong had previously disciplined Donya for misconduct between September 6, 2019 and February 18, 2020, involving unauthorized sale of client securities and transferring client funds. The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong believes that the misconduct of Donya can be attributed to Lee Sijia, who as the responsible person and senior management member at a critical time, neglected his duties.
