Shanghai Construction Group announced that on December 3, 2025, its subsidiary Shanghai Construction Real Estate Co., Ltd. won the bid for the state-owned land use rights of the "DJY2025-12" plot in Dujiangyan City. The plot is located in the Alliance Community of Xingfu Street, and has an area of 35,243.38 square meters. The construction area is greater than 35,243.38 square meters and not more than 88,108.45 square meters, with a residential purpose and a 70-year term of use. The total transaction price is 264.3255 million yuan. This investment is included in the investment plan for 2025, and although the return on investment may be affected by various factors, it is in line with the business development strategy.
