China Asset Industry: Controlling shareholder releases 48.4932 million shares from stock pledge.

Hua Capital Industries has announced that its controlling shareholder Shengtai Chuangfa holds 145 million shares of the company, accounting for 29.90% of the total share capital. On December 2, 2025, Shengtai Chuangfa released 48.4932 million shares from pledge, accounting for 33.44% of its holdings and 10.00% of the total share capital of the company. After this release, Shengtai Chuangfa no longer has any shares pledged. If there are any future pledge plans, Shengtai Chuangfa will inform timely, and the company will also disclose according to regulations.
