According to the data compiled by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in October 2025, a total of 43,000 complete cars were imported into China, representing a month-on-month increase of 5.6% and a year-on-year decrease of 0.3%. The total import value was $2 billion, down 2.1% compared to the previous month and down 16.3% year-on-year. From January to October 2025, a total of 404,000 complete cars were imported into China, down 30% year-on-year, with an import value of $20.25 billion, down 38.3% year-on-year.
