According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Wuhan Tianyuan Intelligent Charging Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Ni Wei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: digital technology services; centralized fast charging stations; and operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The equity penetration displayed on Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Wuhan Tianyuan.
