Two departments: Further improve the level of facilitation for inbound tourism.

On December 3, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Civil Aviation Administration of China issued the "Action Plan for the Integrated Development of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Industry", which mentioned further enhancing the level of convenience for inbound tourism. They will continue to implement policies and measures to improve the convenience for foreign tourists and travelers entering China, and promote the "buy now, refund now" service for departure tax refunds. They will also promote major domestic airlines and hub airports to enhance services for boarding, inbound, and transit convenience, as well as provide guidance and assistance to international passengers flying to China. They will improve foreign language signs and guidance facilities at airports, encourage hub airports to provide rental services for portable translation devices, and establish simplified procedures for hub airports to expand the coverage of international transit flights.
