Baoji Pharmaceutical: Plans to globally issue 37.9117 million H shares.

On the morning of December 2, Baoli Pharmaceutical announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to globally issue 37,911,700 H shares, with 3,791,200 H shares to be sold in Hong Kong at a price of 26.38 Hong Kong dollars per share. It is expected that the H shares will begin trading on December 10.
