In November, Tesla's sales in several European markets continued to decline, leading to a decrease in the company's market share in countries with strong demand for electric vehicles. Data from the French Automobile Manufacturers Association shows that Tesla's sales of new cars in France dropped by 58% to just under 1600 vehicles in November last year. France is the second largest automobile market in the EU after Germany. Tesla's sales in Denmark and Sweden also fell by 49% and 59% respectively. However, Norway is an exception as Tesla's registrations in the country soared by 175% in November, partly due to the uncertainty surrounding future tax exemptions for electric vehicles.
