Chinabeagle Longevity Science (00767.HK) plans to acquire a 25% stake in Asia Comprehensive Cell Bank Limited for HK$300 million.

Tencent Finance News, China Longevity Science (00767.HK) announced that on December 1, 2025, the company plans to acquire 25% of the issued share capital of Asia Comprehensive Cell Bank Limited from China International Bone and Joint Medical Group Limited for an initial price of HK$300 million. The company will issue non-redeemable convertible notes to the seller for an amount of up to HK$300 million, as authorized, to pay for the initial price.
