(referred to as "Su Rui Investment") and Huang Fei signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" on August 28, 2025. Su Rui Investment intends to transfer its 77,606,600 unrestricted tradable shares of the company (12.95% of the total share capital) to Huang Fei through the agreement. On December 1, 2025, the company received a notice from Su Rui Investment and Huang Fei.
