IDG Capital plans to acquire French yogurt brand Yoplait in China.

On December 1st, TianTu Investment announced that it intends to sell all the equity of its subsidiary Yunuo Dairy Co., Ltd. to Kunshan Nuoyuan Ruiyuan Management Consulting Co., Ltd. The final agreement will be subject to the actual signing of the contract. Public information shows that Kunshan Nuoyuan Ruiyuan Management Consulting Co., Ltd. is backed by IDG Capital. This means that Yunuo China has changed hands once again - in 2019, TianTu Investment acquired Yunuo China, leading it from losses to profitability, and now an IDG Capital has taken over.
