Zhitong Finance APP News, Ningde Times (300750.SZ) announced that the company signed a "Boyu New Intelligence and New Production (Ningbo) Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Limited Partnership Agreement" with Boyu Tianshu (Ningbo) Own Capital Investment Co., Ltd., Ningbo Yongyuan Investment Fund Co., Ltd., and other partners on December 1, 2025. The company participated in the investment as one of the limited partners of "Boyu New Intelligence and New Production (Ningbo) Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership)" (hereinafter referred to as "Fund" or "Partnership Enterprise"). After the Fund completes its first delivery, the Fund's total subscribed capital amount is RMB 40.01 billion, with the company as a limited partner subscribing RMB 500 million, holding 12.497% of the subscribed proportion of the Fund.
