According to the announcement from Yuanfei Pet, after the company's shareholder Pingyang Shengfei Entrepreneurship Service Center reduced its holdings, the shareholding ratio decreased from 6.00% to 5.00%, reaching a multiple of 5%, no longer being a shareholder with more than 5% of the company's shares. Before this equity change, Pingyang Shengfei held 114.533 million shares of the company, accounting for approximately 6.00% of the total share capital of the company; after this equity change, Pingyang Shengfei holds 95.463 million shares of the company, accounting for approximately 5.00% of the total share capital of the company.
