Wald Notice, the actual controller Yang Nuo and the concerted action persons Pang Hong, Chen Tao, Li Qinghua, directors and senior executives Tang Wenlin, Zhang Zongchao, Fan Xiaoyan, Zhang Shifeng plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares from December 24, 2025 to March 23, 2026. Yang Nuo plans to reduce by no more than 1.285 million shares, accounting for 0.85%; Pang Hong by no more than 448,000 shares, accounting for 0.30%; Chen Tao by no more than 300,000 shares, accounting for 0.20%; Li Qinghua by no more than 230,000 shares, accounting for 0.15%; Tang Wenlin by no more than 281,000 shares, accounting for 0.19%; Zhang Zongchao by no more than 269,000 shares, accounting for 0.18%; Fan Xiaoyan by no more than 51,800 shares, accounting for 0.03%; Zhang Shifeng by no more than 17,500 shares, accounting for 0.01%.
