ST Zhongzhu: Subsidiary company involved in a 32.70 million yuan contract dispute case has been sent back for retrial by the Second Instance.

ST Zhujin announced that there is new progress in the contract dispute between its subsidiary Yitai Medical and Puyang Fifth Hospital. On November 29, 2025, Yitai Medical received the Second Instance Civil Ruling from Puyang Intermediate Court, with an involved amount of 32.7035 million yuan. The previous first instance ruling terminated the cooperation agreement and rejected Yitai Medical's other claims, which Yitai Medical refused to appeal. Puyang Intermediate Court believed that the basic facts of the first instance were unclear, so it overturned the original judgment and remanded the case for retrial, with Yitai Medical being refunded 200,200 yuan in second instance acceptance fees. Due to the retrial of the case, it is currently not possible to confirm the impact on the company's profits, and the company will disclose any progress in a timely manner.
