The parent company of Hong Kong-licensed virtual asset trading platform HashKey Exchange, HashKey Holdings, is undergoing a hearing for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with J.P. Morgan and Guotai Junan Financing as joint sponsors. According to IFR, HashKey plans to raise $500 million and is seeking to go public this month. The company reported a loss of HK$1.19 billion last year, with an adjusted loss of HK$545 million. As of the end of June, the company reported a loss of HK$507 million in the first half of the year, with an adjusted loss of HK$452 million.
