Nestle China responds to the merger of baby nutrition business with Wyeth: Does not affect current business operations.

Nestl China has confirmed that the infant nutrition business of Wyeth and Nestl's infant nutrition business will officially merge into Nestl Nutrition Business in the Chinese market starting January 1, 2026, with Gilbert Cheah as the head of the business. "Infant nutrition has always been our core business, and we will continue to increase investment in brands and channels. During the business adjustment process, the company will strictly comply with laws and regulations. The adjustment will not affect the ongoing business, and Wyeth Nutrition Limited and Wyeth Trading Limited will continue to operate, with brands such as Wyeth S-26 continuing to serve Chinese consumers," Nestle said.
