Zhejiang Nature announced on December 1st that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from the Chief Financial Officer Xia Xiuhua. Xia Xiuhua applied to resign from the position of CFO due to personal reasons. After resigning, Xia Xiuhua will continue to serve as the employee representative director in the company. The resignation will take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors. On December 1, 2025, the company held its tenth meeting of the third session of the Board of Directors through a combination of on-site and remote voting. The proposal for the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer was approved. The Board of Directors agreed to appoint Guo Jinxin as the CFO of the company. The appointment will take effect from the date of approval by this Board of Directors, and will be consistent with the term of this session of the Board of Directors.
