Kunhe Group announced on December 1st that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from the board secretary, Chen Jiawei. Chen Jiawei applied to resign from the position of board secretary due to personal reasons, and will no longer hold any position in the company after resignation. The resignation report will take effect upon delivery to the board of directors. To ensure the normal operation of the board of directors, the company will have the company's chief financial officer Fan Chaochun temporarily assume the responsibilities of the board secretary until a new board secretary is appointed.
