The General Administration of Market Supervision has issued a decision to amend the "Administrative Measures for Registration of Formulas for Infant Formula Milk Powder Products." According to the decision passed at the 17th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress to amend the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," a new clause has been added to specify that the registration management of infant formula liquid milk products shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this regulation on formulas for infant formula milk powder products.
