Ganfeng Lithium has established multiple new energy technology companies in Shenzhen.

The Qichacha APP shows that recently, Shenzhen Yuli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Song Jiangfu as the legal representative. Its business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technology, manufacture of new energy prime movers, manufacture of photovoltaic equipment and components, manufacture of motors, and wind power generation technology services. It is fully owned by Shenzhen Yichu Smart Energy Group Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Ganfeng Lithium. Qichacha also shows that Shenzhen Yichu Smart Energy Group Co., Ltd has invested in the establishment of Shenzhen Guanding New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Lixian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
