EB ENVIRONMENT (00257) proposes to issue RMB shares

EB ENVIRONMENT (00257) announces that on November 6, 2026, the Board has approved the proposed issue of RMB shares, the special mandate and related matters. As at the date of this announcement, the proposed issue of RMB shares is subject to and conditional upon, among other things, approval by the shareholders at the general meeting of the Company and necessary regulatory approvals. The Company proposes to initially issue no more than 800 million RMB shares, representing approximately 13.02% of the issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement, and approximately 11.52% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company upon completion of the proposed issue of RMB shares. The Company and the lead underwriter may exercise the over-allotment option to over-allot up to 15% of the initial size of the proposed issue of RMB shares. On November 6, 2026, the Company has entered into the EB SECURITIES sponsorship and underwriting agreement with EB SECURITIES, pursuant to which, among other things, the Company has appointed EB SECURITIES as the lead underwriter and one of the sponsors in respect of the proposed issue of RMB shares.
