FOURACE IND GP (01455) issues profit warning, expects interim profit to decrease year-on-year to approximately HK$2.2 million
FOURACE IND GP (01455) announced that the Group expects to record a profit of approximately HK$2.2 million for the six months ended September 30, 2026, compared with a profit of approximately HK$4.7 million for the same period in 2025. The decrease in profit was primarily due to a significant decrease in the Group's sales of hair styling products to a major US customer, partially offset by an increase in sales of hair styling products in the Japanese market and a decrease in administrative expenses.
