Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Real Estate & Properties (000029.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Shenzhen Investment Holdings Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Investment Holdings Capital") and other entities to establish the Shenzhen ShenTouKong Hongyi No. 1 Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, subject to industrial and commercial registration) (hereinafter referred to as the "Target Fund"), in which the company plans to subscribe to contribute RMB160 million with its own funds and become a limited partner (LP).
