CDB LEASING (01606) announced that the Company, as purchaser, entered into a product procurement agreement with the seller (Shandong Zhisuo Information Technology Co., Ltd.) on November 4, 2026, pursuant to which the seller agreed to sell and the purchaser agreed to purchase the procurement subject matter for a total consideration of approximately RMB1.779 billion. The procurement subject matter is IT computer equipment.
