NEW AMANTE (08412): Stock short name to be changed to "Quality Life Group"

NEW AMANTE (08412) announced that, according to the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name issued by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands, the proposal to change the Company's English name from "New Amante Group Limited" to "QI Group Holdings Limited" and to change the Company's dual foreign-language Chinese name from "NEW AMANTE" to "" took effect on October 12, 2026. The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a Certificate of Registration of Change of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company on November 2, 2026, confirming the registration of the Company's new name in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The stock short name of the Company for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "NEW AMANTE" to "QI GROUP" in English and from "NEW AMANTE" to "" in Chinese, effective from 9:00 a.m. on November 9, 2026. The Company's stock code on the Stock Exchange, "8412", will remain unchanged.
